Dr. Davis's Exam Style

Contact me for regular tutoring ASAP, and I can show you where Dr. Davis sources his exam questions, what he emphasizes, and what he excludes from your textbook.
Dr. Davis’s exam questions are long, but conceptually straightforward and molecules are simple and non-complicated. However, his exam wording can make a reaction or 3-D conformer "look" more confusing.
Dr. Davis does not give a curve but does have hard cutoffs. If you have an 80% in the class, you have an A, and 70% is a B.
Dr. Davis’s exams are highly conceptual - which means that exam prompts are wordy, confusing, and written in paragraph form. It takes time to figure out and work through each question - which is stressful during timed exams.

    Be bold and ask direct questions when you're stuck - there's value in wrong answers so you can recognize and avoid them.

    Re-do a problem 5 times - this helps cement your knowledge, and recall it under high pressure testing environment.
